Itinerary

Day 1: Our journey begins after our local pick ups as we travel northwards to our chosen hotel. We stop at regular intervals for your comfort as well as making a lunch stop in Holmfirth famous for its starring role in the TV series last of the summer wine. We depart mid afternoon and arrive at our hotel late afternoon with time to settle in before dinner.

Day 2: Enjoy a relaxed breakfast before we depart late morning to the town of Settle. Here you join the famous Settle to Carlisle railway one of the most scenic and spectacular rail journeys in the UK. You arrive in Carlisle early afternoon upon which you will have ample free time to explore this historic city before we depart late afternoon for the journey back to our hotel.

Day 3: Today we travel to Skipton a renowned market town on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. Upon arrival grab a cuppa before joining us on an hours cruise on the Leeds and Liverpool canal. After your cruise we journey to the town centre for free time to enjoy the bustling street market. We depart mid afternoon for the journey back to our hotel.

Day 4: Today we enjoy a scenic drive across parts of the stunning Yorkshire dales. We journey through Ilkley and onto Otley before continuing onto Haworth home to the Bronte sisters. We enjoy free time here before continuing on over moor and dale before returning to our hotel in time for dinner.

Day 5: Today sadly we journey homeward via the motorway network. We stop en-route for your comfort and arrive back in our local area
late afternoon.

• The hotel has six single rooms that do not incur a supplement although these are not on the ground floor or accessible via the lift. Other rooms are available as singles but are double/twin rooms and will incur a nightly supplement.
• The hotel only has one room suitable for 3 single beds and this is available by request.
• The hotel only has rooms with walk in showers in the executive block these are available on request but may incur a supplement.
• The hotel does have ground floor bedrooms which are all twin rooms.
• Guests may also be allocated rooms in the hotel courtyard adjacent to the main building.
• The hotel does have lift access (suitable for wheelchairs)but due to the hotel design it does not serve all bedrooms
