From a large base in Downham Market, Norfolk, Harrods Coaches is operated by the Harrod Family.

 

Head of the family, Derek Harrod is the coach company Director, along with his wife Anne as company secretary & their son Mark as transport manager.

 

Why use Harrods?

 

All the vehicles operated by Harrods are maintained in the company’s own workshop, enhancing its reputation for safety and reliability. The DVSA (Driver & Vehicle Standards Authority) require safety tests on all public service vehicles at regular intervals, but we perform checks and routine maintenance every 5 weeks, which is above the government standard.

We always go the ‘extra mile’ for example, during the school holidays, all our drivers undertake CPC training, vehicles are given an extra thorough clean and polish to to keep them up to our very high standards that have been in place for 3 generations.
