Blackpool Illuminations Weekend
Welcome to our weekend break for the Blackpool illuminations staying at The Craig-Y-Don Hotel. The hotel has come highly recommended by several groups who have stayed here over the years and can’t praise the hotel more. The Illuminations need no introduction and have been a popular tourist attraction since its introduction in 1879, nowadays the illuminations attract over 3 million visitors yearly.

Day 1
After local pick-ups we make our way to the premier holiday resort of Blackpool. You will have time to settle in before dinner before setting out to do the World-famous illuminations.
Day 2
Today we give you a free day to explore and enjoy all that Blackpool has to offer. The beauty of The Craig-Y-Don is how central the hotel is to all the attractions.
Day 3
After a leisurely breakfast we make our way down to the seaside resort of Lytham St. Annes, full of flowers, old world charm and friendly shops. It has a Victorian heritage and the feel of a gentle bygone age that provides a welcome contrast to the vibrant town of nearby Blackpool. Tranquil and relaxing are just two words to describe this wonderful location.
Day 4
After breakfast we make our way home ward bound stopping in at The Trafford Centre for a bit of retail therapy, arriving home early evening.
