Historic Kent – The Garden of England

Itinerary

Day 1: We make our way through the Kent countryside today to our elegant seafront hotel arriving in time to relax and enjoy our first evening meal together.

Day 2: Today we travel to the pretty Cinque port town of Rye, with enchanting cobbled streets, the medieval St Mary’s church, the fascinating Ypres Tower (housing the Rye Musuem; no disable access) and beautifully preserved historic houses.

Day 3: Free day to explore Folkestone.

Day 4: Travelling along the coast today we visit Hastings one of the medieval Cinque Ports. Now home to the largest beach launched fishing fleet in Europe.
